VINYASA FLOW

( all levels )

Based on a series of dynamic movements, Vinyasa leaves creativity to the teacher. The series change weekly introducing fundamentals such as sun salutations while working towards more advanced poses. It’s a class that is challenging for an advanced yogi yet accessible to beginners. If you have questions about your level, don’t hesitate to reach out.

VINYASA FLOW II

Like the all levels Vinyasa, this class is based on a dynamic series of movements with more advanced poses such as inversions. If you have a question about your level, don’t hesitate to ask!

YIN

A Yin class is calm, takes place sitting, and focuses on alignment and breathing. Yin signifies a series of engaging poses designed to relax the muscles in a “passive stretch”. If Vinyasa is the Yang, passive stretching is the Yin

YOGA AÉRIEN

Beginning with a series of movements in an aerial hammock, aerial yoga engages the core while stretching the muscles and stimulating the myofascia. The poses remain light on the hands and knees adapting to all levels. You’ll leave feeling aligned, toned, and refreshed!

ZEN

Zen or slow flow is a calm yoga class based on gentle stretching, we remain on the mat for the duration of the class. The poses are held for longer than in a Vinyasa class allowing the muscles to relax into the stretch. The class is aided by the use of bolsters, straps, blocks, and therapy balls to facilitate movement.

BARRE

Inspired by classical dance, this class follows a series of static and dynamic exercises using the barre, therapy bands, and our mats. Through the series, we work the core while simultaneously stretching the muscles. It’s a fun class accompanied by an upbeat playlist and is a great compliment to a yoga practice!

what to bring to your first class?

For yoga and aerial yoga, we practice with bare feet but feel free to wear socks if you prefer.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel, a bottle of water, and a long sleeved shirt for aerial yoga.

For barre, same clothing, and be sure to bring socks.

Mats and cleaning spray are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
